The Calico Rock Museum Foundation
provides visitor center and museum
services under contract for the city of
Calico Rock, Arkansas. The foundation
receives $5,250 per quarter and the use
of the city property, with utilities, on
Main Street.
The foundation posts our monthly
city council reports.
A copy of the contract with the city is
available for inspection at our offices
upon request.
The foundation is a private
organization that complies with the
open meeting requirements of the FOIA
in matters specific to the contract with
the city. Other meetings are exempt
from this requirement.
